Kyivtransbud is a reliable partner in earthworks for the construction of industrial facilities
If you are planning to build an industrial facility, earthworks are one of the most important stages. The strength and durability of the future structure depends on their quality. Company Kyivtransbud offers a full range of earthworks services for industrial construction.
Our experienced specialists will perform geodetic breakdown of the site, taking into account all the features of the relief and project documentation. This will allow you to accurately determine the boundaries of the future structure and optimally plan further excavation work.
To prepare the construction site, we will carry out territory clearing from trees, bushes and other plantings. If necessary, we will perform work on lowering the groundwater level and drainage of the siteto ensure soil stability and prevent flooding.
Our special equipment and experienced drivers will quickly and efficiently perform digging pits, trenches, and cofferdams and others as required by the project. We strictly adhere to safety standards and use reliable equipment and modern methods of work.
To ensure the reliability of the foundation of the future industrial building, specialists Kyivtransbud perform soil consolidation and compaction. We use effective techniques and high-quality materials to achieve the required soil strength and stability.
Entrust earthworks for your industrial facility to professionals Kyivtransbud. Our experience, modern equipment and responsible approach guarantee a flawless result and a solid foundation for your future building. Contact us for consultation and ordering services!

Let's take a closer look at earthworks
Excavation works - is a set of construction activities related to the excavation, movement, placement, and compaction of soil. They are an integral part of most construction projects, such as building construction, laying roads, pipelines, canals, etc.
When all agreements are reached, the project is finalized, and all plans are agreed upon, the general contractor begins preparing the construction site.
Earthworks are the foundation of any project: a residential building, a warehouse, a shopping center, an industrial building, or a landscape design. This set of works is quite costly both financially and in terms of time.
Construction company Kyivtransbud distinguishes between the following stages of land works and their complexity
1) Inspection of the territory. We always carry out topographic surveys of the area and adjacent territories, and carry out a panoramic drone survey.
This stage is important for visual scanning of the location, identifying unevenness in the landscape, streams, lakes, trees, shrubs, and other features of the site that are not recorded on maps.
This data is used to develop renders of the future object and determine how it fits into a given location and its surroundings.
2) Research. We carry out a set of geodetic measures to identify voids, groundwater, the depth of hard rocks and the basis for laying foundations.
3) Preparatory work. We clear the territory of vegetation, shrubs and trees. If there are remnants of previous buildings, we also eliminate them and remove building materials that cannot be reused.
Excessively wet areas are subject to mandatory drainage and lowering of the groundwater level. This has a direct impact on the reliability of the building, its further operation and preservation.
On the prepared site, we divide the territory along the axes of the master plan.
4) Ground development. We use excavators, bulldozers and other earthmoving equipment to dig to the design depth, form pits and trenches, remove or move earth mass, and fix and compact the soil. If necessary, we carry out filling and tamping.
We transport the soil to the placement sites or dumps by dump trucks, scrapers, and rarely by belt conveyors.
5) Surface planning. Using graders and bulldozers, we level the surface around the future structure and form access roads (including temporary ones)
6) Soil compaction. Depending on the type of previous work performed and to ensure the reliability of the foundation, we form embankments, backfill the foundation sinuses with layer-by-layer soil compaction using rollers, vibratory rollers and rammers, and form landscape design elements.
7) If the site has a hilly terrain and reaching the foundation requires a significant dip, its boundaries should be reinforced with concrete or gabion walls, reinforcement, drainage, cementation and other methods to prevent further landslides.
The entire list of earthworks is provided for in the project, which defines the scope of work, machines and mechanisms used, the technological sequence and the timing of execution.

Proper excavation in compliance with labor protection, environmental and fire safety requirements ensures the stability and durability of future structures. Mechanization of earthworks increases their efficiency and reduces manual labor costs.
